Sweet Joan

One of my favorite places in LA is called Joan's on Third. It's great to get there early in the morning and sit outside with a cup of coffee and a croissant to enjoy the weather.

After you're done with your breakfast or lunch you can go inside and peruse the cheese section to find you favorite creamy brie or go to the freezer section for a sweet ice cream treat.

I was happy to talk to Joan herself and when I complimented the place she responded "We put a lot of love into it" and it shows... For this reason I would like to start the month of February with a place that I love and that I know loves all its clients...

    The heart cookies look beautiful! We sure miss a place like this in Miami..
    I used to live in Santa Monica and if you are around there you should definitely check the urth cafe http://www.urthcaffe.com/ oh I miss it so much!

    This is my favorite deli in LA! I always order the chicken tarragon with a rootbeer and if I'm feeling crazy, I'll have a chocolate jimmie cupcake too, soooo good! Plus love their pickled cucumbers, divine! Good call! Hope you had a wonderful trip to LA.
