Flowers and Berries

As November winds down and the last month of the year is just days away I cannot help but looking at some of the best images of the year. One of my best rips (if it's possible to chose one) was going to the New England coast for the first time in my life... Rhode Island to be specific.

By now I'm sure the temperature has cooled down drastically from the wonderful 81F we enjoyed over there and the leaves have no leaves of very few. I try to imagine those luscious gardens that surrounded the mansions all bear and have a hard time picturing them these days.

Unfortunately, they don't allow cameras inside the mansions so I was left with an terrible need to snap a few images of the places where so many people came to take a breather from the craziness of the city.

I was told that all over Rhode Island there are hundreds of varieties of berries... some edible and those that are not attract insects or will open up to become beautiful flowers.

Hope all of you have a great beginning of the week...
and hope that those in the US it's not too much after the long weekend!
