The first time I met Aria Kagan she was about to make her debut on The Next Food Network Star and I have to say I followed her until she was unfortunately eliminated. So, when she accepted to do a cooking demo for the Hospitality Management students at FIU I cleared my calendar and went to see her.
Aria getting her ingredients ready and her video from the show on the demo kitchen screens
Her contagious energy and warmth made her one of the judges favorites and at the demo she showed everyone just how much it would've been to have her on TV. Her concept was sweets so she decided to make a recipe that despite the funky name people could not stop eating... bacon doughnuts with Nutella glaze.

Aria is one of those people with a real talent that participates in reality TV to showcase all the good things people are able to do. Even with all the drama that comes along with these type of shows she said that she really enjoyed it, she made some great friends, and it opened up a whole new opportunity to do what she really loves, take care of people!
Have a great day and take some time to do something you love!
