Food Design

I love food and have a hard time understanding those that don't like it or don't enjoy it... especially when it looks really really good! One person that makes food look fantastic is the people at Ed Dixon Food Design.


It was founded by Ed Thompson who left he Interior Design job {this is one idea for me too!} to start a catering company that had an emphasis of design. Today they cater all kinds of events and have won tons of awards.


On top of making delicious food they also make it look simply delicious... it's a shame for me that they are all the way in Australia!

    It looks beautiful and of course the lovely photography helps too! When I went to cooking school they always commented that I was all about the presentation...well isn't that the point after making it taste good?
