The weekend is finally here and we get ready to get some rest and hopefully enjoy the art of doing nothing {at least for a few moments}. On Sunday, we celebrate Earth Day and many of you can celebrate in your home towns... It's an important calling all of us to take action to take care of out home.
The idea of all the healthy tips this week is to remind all of us that we need to take care of ourselves inside as well as we do outside... simple things we do everyday can make a big difference on the long run.
Here are this week's links:
Have a happy and healthy weekend!

ReplyDeleteMassaged kale salad is one of my favorite things to eat {sounds gross, tastes pretty good and is easy to make}. I think organic wines are great, the few wines I can drink are generally organic which is good. Have a great weekend!

Oh, I just love Kale. Have you ever tried making Kale chips? It's so crazy easy and delicious. It's such a great alternative to chips, too. All you have to do is add a little olive and salt and throw it into the oven till they're nice + crispy. Love the fashion picks too!
ReplyDeleteI love that so many people and even businesses celebrate Earth Day now. Yesterday I went into a couple shops who gave 30% discounts on organic products and 15% off to customers who walked or used public transportation to arrive. Over the past few years I have really made some major changes to help become more environmentally friendly. We need to take care of our earth... it's our ONLY ONE!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend :)
