It's really hot out there and this is just the beginning. Yesterday morning I saw the map of the US and it was red everywhere, so I felt the need of offering a few frozen treat ideas to all of those ut there suffereing the high summer temperatures.
If it's really hot out there make sure to hydrate all the time and don't wait until you feel thirsty because by then you are already dehydrated.
When doing work outdoors during the summer, take breaks in between tasks and go under the shade or indoors to cool down way you are not at risk of suffering a heat stroke.
Very important! Don't forget your SPF more tan ever because UV Rays Indexes over the summer tend to be quite high... anyways, you don't want to end up with a T-shirt tan line on your arms!
Havea great day and stay cool my friends!
Looks soooo good! I haven't had popsicles in forever. It's going to be 90 degrees here today, so I may have to make some of these.
ReplyDeleteOh these all look delicious. xx

I agree with everything apart from the SPF.... Very controvercial subject. I believe that it's more important to get your protection from food rather than a bottle. :) Those ice-creams look so beautiful!

ReplyDeleteYum.. I like the way they used a stem as a stick. I just made some Popsicles last weekend. It was a concoction of frozen berries.. orange juice, grapefruit juice, a banana because I had one that was going bad and some sugar syrup.. perfect for a hot day.
ReplyDeleteOh popsicles - they have been our best friend the past couple of weeks - making all sorts of variations!
ReplyDeleteI have been living on popsicles lately! Now I just need to hunt down my molds so that I can try out some of these recipes!
