The color mostly associated with grapes is purple, especially when you thing of those clusters hanging from the vines and the sweet taste of the Concord grape. This color is full of symbolism and has been associated with royalty through the ages.
The color evokes mysticism, magic and spirituality. It is a great color when one is seeking peace of mind and it is considered a good color for meditation.
Purple is te color of the crwon chakra located at the top of the head. It is the one that connects us to our infite consciousness and represents pure thought. Finally, it is the color of thursdays!
Have a great day!
I just did the lighting for one of my pieces and feel in love with the purple hues. There was something so beautiful and mysterious about that dark shade on the stage that got me really excited. I love love love a deep purple. So beautiful.

ReplyDeletePurple...the color of royalty! I have been not obsessed but a lover of purple due to it being my high school colors (purple, white and silver). It is a very rich color and it is understandable why it historically was the color of royalty.
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to thank you for your kind words my post on Vanisha's blog.
